First, consider how many kids you have at your centre. If you have up to 48 kids, book in one of our 12 packs. If you have up to 96 kids, get a 24 pack.
Next, select the activities you want to book.
Then, if you hire Silent Disco + Laser Tag, that's a two day hire. These must be consecutive business days.
Then, we deliver everything you need to run the activities for your incursion. Set up and play as much as you like.
Finally, pack the gear back in the box for return. Simple!
Yes! The gear comes ready to go. Just turn it on with the key. (We include the key on a lanyard.) Plus, we include step-by-step instructions and game ideas. There is also phone support if you need it.
Yes—absolutely! Despite the name Laser Tag, there are actually no real lasers involved. The game is perfectly safe, and best of all, it’s seriously fun and exciting!
Instead of using paintball pellets or gel blaster ammo, laser tag uses an invisible infrared beam—just like the one in your TV remote. That means there’s no mess, no pain, and no need for protective gear like goggles.
In other words, Laser Tag uses harmless infrared beams (no paintballs or projectiles) so it’s completely painless and eye-safe. Nope—laser tag won’t hurt a bit!

This is a game for the young, and the young-at-heart!
Nope! We don’t use the traditional bulky vests. Since everyone’s different shapes and sizes, we’ve kept it simple and comfy. Some of our laser taggers have sensors just on the barrel, while others have sensors on the barrel plus a soft, adjustable headband. Easy and hassle-free!
When you hire the laser tag equipment, you will get an instruction booklet included. This has everything you need to set up your laser tag: from turning everything on to packing it all away.

How do I inflate the Inflatable Barricades?
An electric air blower is included in your inflatable hire pack. Each inflatable only takes a few minutes to inflate fully.
Your taggers will comes pre-set with standard software settings to make your event simple to run.
For Vacation Cares and Fetes!
This setting makes setup quick and easy—no need for game prep, just jump straight into our simple “Team Elimination” game.Sounds you’ll hear include: “tagged,” “deactivated,” and “You’re deactivated, return to base.”
Half of your hired laser taggers will be set to the Red Team, and the other half to the Blue Team. Players can only tag members of the opposite team — Red tags Blue, and Blue tags Red.
When you turn the key, the taggers will automatically power up with the correct team settings. Easy!
No, all the necessary paperwork for your return shipment is included in the box. We will handle the courier booking for you, so you don’t need to arrange anything. This service is included in the price. If you have any questions, feel free to call us.
Your boxes will be scheduled for collection the next working day after your event. Please ensure someone is available at the address you provide to sign for the delivery or collection. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to collect or return the boxes at your local StarTrack depot. Let us know if you're interested in this option.
Yes, someone must be at the address to sign for the delivery and collection of the boxes; they cannot be left unattended. If you won’t be home, please provide an alternative address (e.g., a business address). If you need to ship to a different address, please let us know before the equipment is dispatched, as we cannot change it once the shipment has left our premises.
We offer incentives like bonuses and specials for repeat hires. If you want to check if you’re eligible or book for multiple dates, just ask our friendly staff.
