After over two decades in the entertainment business, we have learned a few things. We have pooled all that knowledge into creating an incredible experience for the players & the organisers.

Magic Tag not only has lights and sound effects. It takes electronics a step further, creating a fully interactive system! Pick up a wand and start casting spells on targets or on other wands.
Magic Tag has a variety of fully playtested games to play. This means guaranteed fun. The best part? It’s easy to manage. With the included controller, organisers can pause the game & start it up again. They can choose different “quests” for the players.
Because everything is tracked by the computer there is no arguments about who got who. It’s fully integrated.
How do you cast a spell? It’s easy! Swing your wand in any direction. Make sure to point the tip at the target – that could be a magic chest or another player’s wand. If your spell lands, your wand lights up and gives you voice feedback like “Jinx!”.
We have been busy since our last update! Since our last check-in, we have:
* Submitted our patent. We are officially patent pending!
* Mocked up our first prototype (and it’s looking good)
The hardware and software are also on track. We have LEDs lighting up. Voice feedback is playing. And targets are being tagged.

We’re onto the prototyping stage. Over the next several weeks, we’re going to be making new prototypes which will fit our electronics.
Once electronics have been merged with the wand, we will be doing another playtest.

Once we’re confident in the designs & the hardware, we’ll be moving onto production. WOOHOO!
