Can Laser Tag Rentals Be Delivered Outside Metro Areas in Australia?

StarTrack is used to deliver laser tag rentals across Australia. Orders typically arrive 3–5 business days before the event. Be sure to check the expected delivery date on the confirmation email.

Return collection with StarTrack is also arranged for the business day after the event.

Someone must be present at the delivery address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on all relevant days — including delivery, backup days, and collection. A business address is recommended for this reason.

Note: Rentals to NT, SA, WA, and remote outback areas must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to allow enough courier time.

Step 2: Confirmation

We will send you a confirmation email with a link to the Terms and Conditions. (Agree to these online, it only takes a moment.)

Step 3: Laser Tag To Your Door

SEQ: For a weekend event, our drivers will deliver on Friday and collect on Monday. Exact days may vary - we'll let you know when you book!

Everywhere else: The kit will arrive 1-3 business days before your event. Be sure that someone is at your address for delivery!

In each case, you don't need to sign for the delivery, and our driver will remain 1.5m apart to maintain social distance. (Please note someone does have to be at your place, to accept the delivery & acknowledge the return collection.)

We understand the trust our customers place in us to deliver safe, fully prepared laser tag rental packs and we take our responsibility seriously. That is why all our deliveries are contactless.

Step 4: Party

Enjoy~! Rent for Saturday and get Sunday for free. Or rent for one full day mid-week.

Step 5: Return

We will book the courier to collect the gear from your place. Inside the box/boxes will be a big envelope this will have you return courier labels/paperwork. Please note someone must be there to acknowledge this with the courier driver.
