Delivery Info:

Can Laser Tag Rentals Be Delivered Outside Metro Areas in Australia?

StarTrack is used to deliver laser tag rentals across Australia. Orders typically arrive 3–5 business days before the event. Be sure to check the expected delivery date on the confirmation email.

Return collection with StarTrack is also arranged for the business day after the event.

Someone must be present at the delivery address between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on all relevant days — including delivery, backup days, and collection. A business address is recommended for this reason.

Note: Rentals to NT, SA, WA, and remote outback areas must be booked at least 3 weeks in advance to allow enough courier time.

Dear Nicole, Thank you so much!! We had an awesome weekend. This is the second party we have had. Knowing what was coming we were able to prepare barricades, forts etc. in our backyard. We have played every night. Sometimes just two of us, sometimes 10. From as young as 4 to as old as 61 and not one person walked off our playing field upset. All had grins from ear to ear!!
